All Guest reservation cancellations must be confirmed by Guest to Management/Owner in writing at least 45 days prior to arrival. If written reservation cancellation has been received by Management/Owner less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival and unit is re-rented for entire canceled reservation period at no loss to Owner, Guest payments will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If unit is not re-rented for entire canceled reservation period, all Guest payments are forfeited. If a change in reservation is required, Management will do their best to accommodate for the change, there will be a $25.00 reservation change fee.
